Founded by former Radio City Rockette Denise Caston-Clark, Tap Dance Detroit + Performing Arts Center is a destination for dance. The studio offers daily drop-in classes for all levels from beginners to professionals. We cultivate individuality and talent, and we love the joy, hard work, focus, and abandon of dance.

We offer youth programs and exciting performance opportunities for all dancers. Our young dancers perform well on the competition circuit. All of our dancers are welcome to perform at a variety of community outreach events, such as festivals, fund raisers, senior centers, and more. The TDD+PAC Company helps transform our dancers into confident and accomplished performers. 

Classes at Tap Dance Detroit are taught by seasoned professionals with decades of experience training successful dancers. Our faculty is fully committed to each individual’s development, training, and enjoyment of the art form.

The Caston-Clark Tap Dance Foundation is dedicated to preserving and advancing the art form of tap dance through education and performance.
